What is Skin Salad Charcoal Face Mask -
Skin Salad is the brand under which the Sage Apothecary markets the Beauty and Skin Care Products. Skin Salad Charcoal Face Mask is a clay based detoxifying, cleansing and brightening face mask.
Ingredients - Bentonite Clay, Kaolin Clay, Activated Charcoal Clay, Aloe Vera Gel, Sesame Oil, Tea Tree Essential Oil, Glycerine and Walnut Shell Powder.
Charcoal is believed to remove dead skin cells and removes excess oil, dirt and toxins from the skin which makes it soft, clean and clear. Tea Tree Oil helps reduce acne and is known for treating dry skin. Bentonite Clay is a detoxifying agent and Kaolin Clay which is suitable to all skin types as its gentle and smooth and has purifying properties, Sesame Oil has anti-aging properties and helps in skin regeneration, Aloe Vera Gel which hydrates and helps lock the skin moisture, besides Walnut Shell Powder is know as a great scrub.
How to Use -
Cleanse your face, you may either use Skin Salad Face Cleanser else use Rose Water (personally, I use Rose Water-Dabur Gulabari, spray directly from the bottle such that it damps my skin), and then apply the Skin Salad Charcoal Face Mask leaving the eyes and the mouth area. Leave its for 5 minutes and then wash off while gently scrubbing (its works great even if you do not scrub, however if you have blackheads and feel your skin dull and lacks lustre, I would recommend scrubbing). Once you wash off I stress while your face is semi dry apply some moisturizer.
I have been using this weekly and has seen great results on my skin, considering how my skin behaves (normal to oily), I need to be careful with products I use, however this has shown great results! It leaves my skin soft and smooth textured, besides adding freshness!
Who Can Use -
Anybody can use - Male or Female. In fact my brother has been using this as well and he has oily-acne prone skin, however using the mask has benefited him as it has reduced acne. An Great addition in your beauty regime!

It might seem a little expensive, however, considering the results, I would say it was worth the investment. I purchased one in April, 2019 and it lasted for around 4 months and both me and my brother use it weekly!
